This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it looks like they made some updates to the check-in system which is now done through a kiosk, and the addition of lockers to store your luggage after check-out. I love how comfortable the bed is! The pillow is on the firm side, but not enough to be uncomfortable. The bathroom and everything in the room was very clean. The coin laundry worked well. The staff were always kind and helpful. The location can't be beat, it's so close to Hakata station which makes getting to and from the airport so convenient. It's also easy to walk to the next station over. There's a 7-11 nearby as well.

The location of the hotel is wonderful ! it is nearby everything from restaurant, sightseeing, shopping and JR train or bus stop. The facilities of the hotel is simple yet VERY WELL ORGANIZED !!! the hotel is VERY CLEAN and staff are helpful. We travel in a group of 7 people and booked 7 rooms for 7 nights. Hotel staff is very kind and arrange us all on the SAME FLOOR. it is very convenience for us to mingle around. The sound proof ability between room is FANTASIC ! though we laugh in room, my neighbour in the next door hear nothing.

The location is superb and it's a 5 min walk from the Hakata station. It's also another 10 min walk to the Canal City shopping centre and has great restaurants nearby. The gyoza restaurant is always bustling and tasted real good. The rooms are small but it's the normal size of a Japanese business hotel. Amentities are updated and facilities are clean. Suitable for those looking for fuss free business hotel.

Check-in and checkout was very simple, all done through a machine (with multiple languages supported). Reception is actually on the 2nd floor (never seen that before). The hotel also had a restaurant/bar attached to it which seemed busy during the evening but I did not go into it.

I had to modify my stay due to pro constraints, and the front office managed tjis very efficiently directly with booking. - Location is mins walking from Hakat train / subway station
